Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items that are damaged due to misuse or returned outside of the return window may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zunnivo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@zunnivo.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
